The list gives you the names and relevant information about the hospitals or the residency programs offering observership opportunities for IMGs.
There is about ~35 programs across the US offering a formal observership/ externship for FMGs. It is a mixture of different specialties - Mostly IM, Peds, FP, and Psych. The list is put together by a small group of IMGs who were looking for observerships themselves.
